I’m telling you his story because I think you can relate.

By way of introduction, Perry is an Oxford MBA and has been in Private Equity for the past 23 years. He founded a PE firm called Quadra Global Capital Corp and he has made over 30 investments since its inception.

After a significant business failure, numerous mis-steps and general ‘bumps on the head', Perry has been able to strategically understand what actually works and what does not work in the M&A deal making process. He can help you to pragmatically get your deal over the line!

Perry continues to do deals on a full time basis, but is really excited to share knowledge and experience in helping a selected number of people to live out their business goals. He enjoys working with people who have strong work ethics and integrity, but yet do not take themselves too seriously.

Is this M&A Workshop for me?

If you are serious about actually acquiring a business, then yes, this workshop is indeed for you. Please remember, businesses do not acquire themselves. It does take effort. However, if you are willing to take in all the Zoom calls, digest the information and then put in the time and effort into implementing your new knowledge, you will have all the tools you require to go out and acquire a business - without risking any of your own personal capital. Simply put, you have to go out, do the work and put it into action!

What kind of results will I get from this M&A Workshop?

If you complete all 8 modules and training inside the Workshop, you will have the education, tools and deal frameworks to acquire a business. Since we do not yet know each other, we cannot comment on your work ethic and cannot guarantee any specific results. However, we do guarantee that you will learn the M&A process in easily digestible steps. Perry has taught this material to hundreds of people around the world, from very diverse backgrounds (from single mothers to Goldman Sachs employees) and the testimonials speak for themselves.

How do I access the training?

When you purchase the program, you will be issued a receipt of purchase and a welcome email that will have a Zoom link to the program and the starting times. The web-based online Zoom training works well on mobile, tablets and computer browsers. You will also be sent all the documents, contracts and templates which are drip-fed to you after each module.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of this live course and the fact that Perry is sending you digital content that cannot be returned, this course is non-refundable. To date, Perry has never had a refund request following a workshop and feels confident that we have laid out everything in the description of each module so you can understand exactly what you are purchasing. This is similar to registering for a University course (although it is not). If you register with the intent to learn, but do not show up, the University does not give you a refund. Thus, the same rules apply here.

How long will it take me to complete the M&A Workshop?

The M&A training is an 8-module online course that is designed to be completed in 4 weeks. There are 2 training modules held per week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) for approximately 1 hour per module. This training is highly interactive and action-oriented. This is not theory or academic, but ‘real world’ deal making strategies that do work if implemented.
